Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can use email and a phone, you can use what we build. We train you step by step and leave you a recorded walkthrough.
What tools do you use?
Mostly what you already have: Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, Sheets, your CRM or booking app, plus ChatGPT or Claude and automation tools like Zapier, Make or n8n. We pick the simplest tool that does the job.
How long does a project take?
Personal setups usually take a week or less. Business projects usually take one to three weeks, depending on how many automations and apps are involved. You get a handoff date in your plan.
What happens if something breaks?
Every automation sends an alert if it fails. With monthly support, we fix it. Without it, we quote the fix before doing any work.
Can you build "my own AI"?
Yes, in the way that's useful for most people: a custom AI assistant that knows your services, pricing, FAQs and writing style, built on your own documents. For data that can't leave your computer, we can set up a private AI that runs locally.
